Subscription
See your plan, upgrade to Pro, and cancel or manage your subscription.
Tennis Coach+ has two plans. The Free plan covers up to 5 clients. Pro removes that limit.

Pro is $23.99/month, shown in your own currency. Pro may include a free trial, shown in the App Store or Google Play before you subscribe.
Check your plan
Section titled “Check your plan”Tap the menu, then Settings, then Subscription. What you see depends on your plan:

| Free Plan, with a count such as 3 / 5 clients used | You’re on Free. The bar shows how close you are to 5 clients. |
| Pro Plan | Pro is active. The next billing date is shown. |
| Pro Plan — Trial | You’re in a free trial. The screen says when it ends and what you’ll be charged after. |
| Pro Plan — Canceling | You’ve cancelled. The screen shows the date your Pro plan ends. After that you’ll be on the Free plan. |
| A warning that there’s a problem with your payment | Your payment didn’t go through. Update it to keep Pro. |
Upgrade to Pro
Section titled “Upgrade to Pro”Pro is bought in the Tennis Coach+ app on your iPhone or Android phone.
- Open the Tennis Coach+ app on your phone.
- Tap the menu, then Settings, then Subscription.
- Tap Upgrade to Pro and follow the App Store or Google Play prompts.
If you open Subscription in a web browser instead, it says Upgrade to Pro in our iOS or Android app. There is no upgrade button on the web.
Changed phones or reinstalled? Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the Subscription screen in the app.
Cancel or manage your subscription
Section titled “Cancel or manage your subscription”Where you manage billing depends on where you subscribed. The Subscription screen tells you.
- Tap the menu, then Settings, then Subscription.
- Tap Manage Subscription.
- Cancel from the screen that opens:
- Subscribed in the iPhone or Android app: it opens your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Subscribed on the web: it opens your billing page in your browser.
Your Pro plan keeps running until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that you move to the Free plan. To change your mind, tap Resubscribe while the screen shows Pro Plan — Canceling.
Going over 5 clients on the Free plan
Section titled “Going over 5 clients on the Free plan”On the Free plan, once you have 5 clients, a booking from a new client waits for you with Pro Plan Required. Upgrade to accept it. See Troubleshooting.
